Accord Electrical is delighted to announce that it’s become a Tesla installer, so you no longer have an excuse for not getting that Powerwall in!
Getting your home ready
Once we’ve assessed your requirements , we’ll send two of our technicians out to you to set you up with your Powerwall and perform all the electrical work. If you’re having your solar array installed at the same time, you can expect another three or four guys.
You should completely clear the floor or ground, the wall-space and all the important access points so your team can get in and out easily.
You should prepare for your electricity to be off
Most Powerwall installations take a full working day, you’ll be without power for only an hour of that so all your fridges and freezers will be fine.
Have your internet login information handy
Your Powerwall needs an active internet connection – you need it to monitor the performance via the Tesla app. Wi-fi is best for the Powerwall’s performance, but it can use a cellular connection as well.
We’ll show you how to use your Powerwall and get you started
We’ll walk you through the features of your Powerwall and your Tesla app to get you started. There’s lots of information in your manual, the Tesla website and, of course, we’re on the other end of the phone!
Once we’ve installed your Powerwall, your electricity provider has to grant you permission to operate and we’ll let you know as soon as you’re good to go.
